Breighton Room Restaurant at New Jersey Motorsports Park Hosting Special Dinner, Beer Pairing

Seats Still Available For June 5th Dinner, the First In a Summer Series

Millville, N.J. (June 2, 2009) - The first in a series of special meals at the Breighton Room Restaurant at New Jersey Motorsports Park will be held on Friday, June 5, pairing a variety of flavored beers with a five course meal.

Prepared under the watchful eye of Breighton Room head chef Rich Kalman, the meal will begin with a Belgian endive salad and features a main course of wild boar accompanied with monkfish. The meal also includes a shrimp cocktail appetizer and gourmet dessert.

Each of the dishes, from salad to dessert, will be paired with a beer sample specially chosen for the combination of flavors on each diner's palate. After beginning with an Ayinger Brau-Weisse wheat beer, each course will be served with a variety of Samuel Smith beers from Pure Lager to Imperial Stout.

Cost of the dinner is $53 per person, with reservations limited. Dinner begins at 6 p.m. Reservations can be made by calling New Jersey Motorsports Park at 856-327-8000, ext. 8203.

The Breighton Room Restaurant and Bar is located in the Clubhouse at New Jersey Motorsports Park and features a full service dining room with menu items ranging from sandwiches to prime rib. The Breighton Room is open Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. and Sundays from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., and is available seven days a week for private events, weddings, and meetings. The Breighton Room menu features a special Sunday brunch buffet that is available from 10:30 a.m. until 2 p.m.
