Imagine being able to store and work on your track vehicle at a convenient trackside location. New Jersey Motorsports Park will be building 60 Shade Tree Garages along with the first Phase of our project. Garage Suites will be approximately 375 square feet each (15' x 25'). Each unit will be leased on a monthly basis with our Driver’s Club Members having priority with respect to reservations. Each Garage unit will be secure and spacious enough to accommodate one (1) track vehicle, workbenches, toolboxes and spares.

. . . with only a $100 reservation fee. 

Your deposit will be held in escrow until such time as the garage suite is made available for your use.

The initial monthly rental cost for Shade Tree Garage suites will be $500.00 per month subject to a 6-month minimum rental agreement and on a monthly basis thereafter. And, Shade Tree Garage suites are only available to Driver’s Club members only.
